At Body Tech Sports and Therapy, we value your time and our services. Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments. In the event of a cancellation, we are happy to provide a clinic credit for future use or reschedule your appointment at no cost. However, appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment will not be eligible for refunds or clinic credits. Our Non refund policy extends to all in clinic purchases
